We are searching for a enthusiastic Operations Manager to lead and guide our Caravan Fix network into their next successful chapter. In the last 12 months we have seen great growth within the company and we're not planning on slowing down anytime soon. So we are looking for a key group manager to guide our teams into further success.

**About Us**

Caravan Fix is the largest Caravan and RV repair network in Australia, employing over 80 staff in 7 locations from Adelaide to Rockhampton. Our work is predominantly allocated directly by our insurance partners. In addition we support Australia’s most popular caravan brands with their warranty programs, private fleet and storage companies, and private customers.

**The Role**:
Reporting to two directors of a multibusiness enterprise, you will be responsible for the operational management of the Caravan Fix Group, overseeing daily business activities, evaluating performance and production and driving business objectives.

Your duties will include:

- Oversee performance in all areas of the business and develop a strong management team capable of achieving budget requirements, whilst ensuring quality and safety is delivered consistently throughout the business
- Ensure industry leading standards are achieved and identify business solutions to contribute to efficiency gains and growth
- Develop and manage relationships with all key work providers and suppliers
- Monitor daily operations, schedules and production to minimise cost and prevent delays
- Problem resolution within the management team and assisting in guiding managers to resolve issues on a site level
- Track that quality assurance and best practice repair methodology protocols are strictly adhered to
- Lead and mentor team to ensure safety management, quality compliance and resource efficiency
- Ensure a high level of service to customers, insurance partners and manufacturers

**Selection Criteria**:

- Demonstrated experience in Operations Management in an SME company
- Strong commercial acumen and proven track record of leading teams to deliver KPIs
- Excellent interpersonal skills with advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced training, mentoring and managing a business
- Strong relationship management skills with ability to communicate with stakeholders across all facets of business
- Insurance Claims knowledge desirable
