Customer Operations Representative

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity for a 12 month contract has become available for a Customer Operations Representative - Billing to join the Computershare Utility Services (CUS) team based in Maroochydore. This team is renowned for their service excellence as well as their strong culture.

**A role you will love**

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Manage administrative activities, including system work queues, mailboxes and resolving escalated customer queries.
- Manage and maintain property and metering information received from third party stakeholders
- Process exceptions using sound analytical skills
- Actively participate in team discussions, meetings and other team forums, to impart knowledge and ideas that result in team decisions

To be considered for this position, you will have come from a fast-paced administrative environment and be able to successfully multi-task.

**What will you bring to the role?**

You will possess the ability to quickly learn and take on new processes, thrive in a fast paced environment and meet deadline driven task’s daily.

**Other key skills required include**:

- Strong administrative experience and attention to detail
- Outstanding listening, oral and written communication skills for gathering and providing information
- Strong computer skills (accurate typing / keyboarding)
- Fast learner to adapt to multiple systems and processes
- A high level of initiative, tackling problems in a methodical and logical manner
- Excellent Attention to detail
- A passion for providing quality and efficient service
- Previous experience in utility or related industry is preferred
