AAEH - Events and Administration Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity to work as an Events and Administration Coordinator with the Australian Alliance to End Homelessness based in Adelaide CBD.
The Events and Administration Coordinator will provide support the AAEH Projects and Communications Manager.
Key responsibilities of this position include providing administrative and operational support to the team, assisting with planning, staging of events as well as assisting with other actions as required.
This is a full time, fixed term position for 12 months, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm - applicants who wish to work part time or more flexible hours are encouraged to apply. We also encourage applicants from anywhere in Australia to apply. A majority of the AAEH’s work is online but travel will still be required.

It is expected that the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Willingness and ability to work within and contribute to the vision, mission, core values and the guiding principles of the organisation.
- Knowledge and understanding of diversity, gender and social inclusion.
- Energetic and enthusiastic about events and eager to develop skills.
- An interest in ending homelessness and an understanding of working collaboratively.
- Relevant qualifications in a related discipline at diploma, or certificate level with relevant experience through study/ previous work experience.
- Strong verbal communication and organisational skills and the ability to meeting timeframes.
- Ability to efficiently perform/manage tasks and workload.
