Our client is in search of a seasoned property management professional to join their high performing, supremely successful corporate team in the position of **Property Management Executive**.

In this role, you will be working directly with the state CEO, the National Operations Manager and the state corporate team. You will be responsible for the development of the network's property management businesses, providing support and tailored business plans focusing on opportunities for improved outcomes to drive business growth.

**Your duties will include**:

- Work with business leaders and property managers in the network;
- Visit agencies, assess business needs and identify opportunities for improved outcomes;
- Provide training and consultancy for property management businesses in each market;
- Assess and deliver changed business behaviour in property management businesses;
- Provide assistance with the delivery of face-to-face training at state-based events;
- Monitor the activity of agencies (and their staff) in the adoption of our resources;
- Assist with the development of all training resources in line with our identified strategies;
- Contribute to the development of the collective intellectual property of the team and the resources offered to our clients; and
- Maintain an awareness of current topics of interest to our clients.

**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License;
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment;
- Minimum of 5 years experience in property management;
- Ability to deliver a positive customer service experience;
- Ability to deliver business planning and coaching;
- Facilitating training and development;
- Enthusiastic;
- Detail oriented;
- Process-oriented;
- Ability to have challenging conversations;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- Ability to build client rapport quickly; and
- Disciplined, well-presented and performance-oriented.
