As part of our growth and continued commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to join our Cargo team at our Link Road Mascot office.

**A day in the life**:
The **Office Manager** is responsible for the end-to-end management of dnata Cargo Operations, ensuring an efficient and customer-centric service that meets and exceeds our clients' expectations.

This role will require you to manage complex, multi-faceted business challenges and competing stakeholder priorities. As a leader, you'll drive performance, promote a safety culture and lead the delivery of service excellence within a highly regulated environment.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all aspects of office operations, ensuring the coordination and smooth running of all office work areas.
- Develop, implement and monitor business processes and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, legislation and dnata policies.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring and feedback to drive service excellence.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Oversee rostering, budgeting and resource allocation to ensure the efficient delivery of services.
- Develop quality metrics and reporting to identify critical business issues and areas for improvement.
- Lead safety initiatives to maintain a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
- Ensure all customer KPIs are met and quality targets are achieved.
- Assist in audits and compliance reviews, supporting the Cargo Operations Manager in implementing corrective actions.

**To be successful in the role**:

- Extensive leadership experience in a customer-focused role with the ability to drive a service culture.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in highly regulated industries with a strong understanding of compliance and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with the ability to present confidently and clearly.
- Strong business acumen with experience in financial and budget management.
- In-depth knowledge of cargo operations and industry regulations including experience with systems like Hermes Cargo Operating system (preferred).
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to lead teams through challenges and change.
