We have exciting opportunities for Check-in Officers located at the International Terminal and are looking for energetic, positive individuals who are passionate about delivering impeccable customer service.
- Passenger check-in
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Validate passport and other travel documents
- Tag baggage, arrange seating & issue boarding passes
- Ensure compliance with safety & security requirements
- Use multiple airline check in systems
- Boarding gate duties, including announcements
- Assisting passenger's requiring additional assistance, including passengers requiring wheelchair assistance
- Participate in training activities and conduct on the job training
- Adhoc Administration

- Attend training courses as may be arranged by the Company.
- Engage with MORSE and follow our code principles.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- **Multi-lingual highly desirable - Korean, Japanese** **or Vietnamese.**:

- Efficient computer and typing skills.
- Professional and courteous communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High level attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to problem solve and complete work accurately within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
- Maintain to work cohesively in a team environment.
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster without restrictions.
- Applicants will be required to undergo a Police check, Airport security check and pre-employment medical as part of the standard conditions of employment.
