**Day to Day Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Balance City Ledgers as required and communicate any issues or anomalies
- Conduct Check In & Check Out of guests as required and manage team members to also do so to the highest standard
- Collect and cross check all outlets cashiering, ensuring all payments are taken correctly and accounted for.
- Complete the running of End Of Day reports, cross checking all revenue streams, cross check rates and team members paperwork for the day - being sure to communicate any issues identified.
- Compile all paperwork for day to close off the day including Rolling The System in preparation for the following day.
- Manage team members on shift to ensure their work and checklist are being completed to a satisfactory level.
- Input data into Night Audit Reporting system (Tyalls)

**What We Need From You**:

- Relevant Night Manager's experience in the hotel industry
- Excellent presentation
- Incredibly reliable and flexible
- Ability to work Night Shifts, 5 days a week
- Suits a team environment and can mentor junior team members effortlessly
- Personality plus, and able to bring it out in your team
- Previous experience with Opera desirable
- Approved manager

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
