**A little bit about the role**:
As Endeavour continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Recruitment Consultant**

The role will include:

- Developing strong relationships to understand upcoming recruitment requirements and deliver with exceptional customer service
- Supporting clients in identifying their goals and aspirations, alongside our current vacancies
- Collecting all relevant pre-planning paperwork required for qualification including but not limited to Functional Capacity Assessments.
- Maintaining progress reviews and identify next steps at each milestone
- Liaise with the participant and/or representatives to organize site tours
- Providing exceptional support to ensure decision makers are well prepared and versed in their support needs
- Closely partnering with Leaders to optimise the onboarding process including engagement with potential clients and their families.
- Maintaining relevant databases and tracking systems for transparent communication and reporting
- Supporting other departments with the planning and delivery of site showcases to generate leads and build brand awareness.

**What will you bring**:

- Previous **experience with disability employment**:

- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience within the Recruitment industry or similar sector (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in a recruitment and target driven environment and a track record of achieving KPIs and targets
- Experience in or knowledge and understanding of the disability sector with the ability to develop relationships within this setting
- Experience developing and implementing process/procedures with a customer experience focus
