**About the Role**:
As the Finance Officer you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of all Accounts Receivable invoices for our wholly owned subsidiary business Deepcore Drilling. Deepcore Drilling is a leader in surface and underground drilling with extensive operations across Australia.

Duties will include the following:

- Processing of monthly revenue for Deepcore and recognition in the general ledger within month-end timeframes
- Management of invoicing adjustments and liaison with clients on billing queries
- Collaboration with and provision of reports to Deepcore management pertaining to any identified billing issues.
- End to end processing of accounts receivable invoices including but not limited to scheduling, pricing and invoicing.
- Following up any invoices outside agreed payment terms

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Recent completion of a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or due to graduate this year)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills where you will work with a management team that strives to find a better way for its shareholders, clients and staff.
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
- Strong communicator who can supply all the relevant information to the Deepcore leadership team, Mitchell Services Finance leadership team, staff and field personnel.
