Fantastic opportunity for an experienced service coordinator to support the business and its growing customers base. You will be working with other highperforming team members to deliver a totally dependable customer experience to our service and maintenance customers in and around the Bendigoregion.

This position will have responsibility for the following:
Efficiently scheduling new jobs
Re-scheduling existing and ongoing jobs to deliver on service KPIs
Constant communication with service technicians
Daily management of technicians schedules using trade-specific software
Managing technicians to ensure they are meeting company standards
Managing standard job workflow
Processing leads/quotes/jobs/invoices
Providing administrative assistance to key internal staff and management
General admin functions

Key Skills and Attributes:
A professional phone manner with excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to be on top of large numbers of new jobs
Be highly organised with excellent time management skills
Attention to detail & a positive "can do" attitude
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work as a team player
Ability to pick up new skills quickly and maintain accurate information
Intermediate to advanced computer skills which include (experience with Tradify Software desirable but not essential)

This role is an important part of the business ensuring all inbound jobs are actioned accordingly, and customers are overwhelmed with a positive and professional customer service experience.
