**Main Responsibilities**:

- Full responsibility on the recruitment process including arranging for advertising of job vacancies, interviewing and testing of applicants, and selection of staff.
- Provide advisory services to business stakeholders for implementation of recruitment and selection practices.
- Maintain databases of HR information.
- Utilising a variety of platforms including social media, LinkedIn and job board to attract talent.
- Preparing Contracts and Onboarding documentation in line with relevant legislation, awards, wage payment systems and dispute settlement procedures.
- Undertaking negotiations on terms and conditions of employment, and examining and resolving

disputes and grievances.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant recruitment experience locally or overseas is desired
- Experience in external and/or IT recruitment is preferred
- Passionate about providing HR solutions for clients.
- Positive person and a team-player with exceptional interpersonal skills to build and sustain strong internal and external business relationships.
- High achiever with a competitive nature and a desire to succeed in a sales environment.
