WesTrac is seeking a results driven Parts Sales Coordinator to join the team in Canberra.

Reporting to the Parts Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to some of our biggest customer across the region. You will be passionate about customer service and making a difference to the customer’s experience.

A Part Sales Coordinator role requires the ability to anticipate customer’s needs, actively participating in regular stocktakes as well as assisting with warehousing duties such as picking, packing, dispatching parts, and general housekeeping.

This position will be offered Monday to Friday, working 50 hours per week, with lots of opportunity for overtime.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will be the first point of contact for all customers' parts orders
- Inbound order call management
- Data processing
- Parts interpretation
- Follow up customer enquiries and fulfill their requirements and needs
- Regular Stocktakes
- Assisting with warehousing duties such as picking, packing, and dispatching parts

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a high-level customer service role
- An aptitude and interest in technical/industrial products/services
- Problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and a diverse range of team members
- Positive attitude and passion to deliver the best outcome for the customer every time
