We have been engaged to seek a Regional General Manager for a National Building Products company based in the Western suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria.

The role will report to a National Group General Manager Based in the Sydney Head Office. The role is responsible for day-to-day operations, and will involve weekly communication with Head Office as

required.

The Key Responsibilities and experience will include:

- Driving the performance and culture of the team
- Improving the production performance
- Customer relationships
- Continuously improving the health & safety of the site
- Full P&L responsibility of the site, striving to improve

revenue and profitability

Direct Reports include:

- Sales Manager
- Internal sales/ Customer Service Team Leader
- Production Manager
- Quality Leader
- Yard Manager
- Accountant (Accountant has a dual reporting line to the

Head Office Financial Controller)
