National Retail Parts Team | Materials Handling & Mobile Equipment
- Full Time Permanent Position. Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm.
- Working in a Office Environment at Springvale

**The Role**:
**What will you be doing?**
- Interpreting requests, identifying required parts and checking stock availability
- Providing regular updates to internal and external customers
- Ordering and receipting stock and arranging delivery or pick up of customer orders
- Provide support to in-warehouse interpreters where required.

This role is offered as a full time permanent opportunity, working 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday at Springvale.

**About You**:
To be considered for this role you will need the following skills and experience:

- Experience working in a similar position
- Knowledge of mechanical, materials handling, plant or automotive parts
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and methodical approach to work
- Experience operating a parts software system and intermediate Microsoft suite skills
