**The Opportunity**:
We’re currently recruiting an exceptional opportunity for a talented Product Specialist/Technical Business Analyst to join this niche financial services vendor in Sydney.

With a global footprint and a market leading platform the business has large scale expansion plans, with this role will being crucial to their success.

**The Role**:
Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will work closely with the firm’s customers to consult, champion and implement cutting edge finance software solutions.

Your remit will be diverse as you become an SME for the product, and will include:

- Engaging with customers to understand their needs
- Explaining integration points and configurability options
- Working with client teams to tailor the solution
- Identify any gaps with the product and customer needs
- Facilitate the integration of customer systems and data
- Educate and train the customer on the actual use of the product.

**_This role will suit a Product Specialist with strengths in business analysis, requirements analysis, building customer relationships, problem solving, integration and configuration._**

**About you**:

- 5+ years Business/Systems Analysis or Product experience
- Knowledge of software implementations & data mapping
- Experience in a finance vendor environment is ideal
- Knowledge of the SDLC and Agile
- Exceptional customer service and attention to detail
- Ability to analyse, interpret, and suggest alternative solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills
