We're looking for someone like you to step into the pivotal role of **Intensive Support Partner** at **Only About Children**.

Based at our **Seaforth Campus**, you'll provide tailored, hands-on support to our campuses across Sydney that need it most - guiding, coaching, and uplifting performance to ensure every child receives the highest standard of care and education.

**About the Role**

As an **Intensive Support Partner**, you'll work closely with Campus Directors, Educators, and our Operations and Quality teams to:

- Lead targeted support and coaching across multiple campuses
- Drive immediate and sustained performance improvements
- Support services to meet and exceed the National Quality Standard
- Partner in the development and implementation of Compliance Improvement Plans
- Respond to emerging issues, manage incidents and ensure alignment with compliance and safety standards
- Build capability and confidence within campus teams

You'll be deployed to campuses requiring intensive support, leading projects that make a tangible difference in quality, compliance, and team culture.

**What You'll Bring**
- **ECEC expertise** - Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care
- **Leadership experience** - Former Centre Director, Area Manager, or similar with a track record of performance improvement
- Deep knowledge of the **National Quality Framework**, regulations, and compliance
- Strong capability in coaching and mentoring teams
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
- Valid Working with Children Check, Police Check, and Driver's Licence
