What you’ll contribute to

The IT Finance Analyst is primarily responsible for coordinating and streamlining business systems for the Advisory & Financial Management, ISD team.

This role is based in Port Melbourne and is a Permanent role.

How you’ll make an impact- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of strategic processes and procedures for Advisory & Financial Management, ISD.- Maintain and prepare monthly reports and project schedules in order to provide the business with accurate and timely information to support planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.- Coordinate forums/meetings to ensure that project goals/status are clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders.- Maintain reporting systems and budgets by coordinating inputs from ISD Cost Managers and monitor performance to target to ensure management can understand and control any significant costs.

Your attributes - If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you- Degree qualification or equivalent experience in accounting, CA/CPA qualified or working towards.- Strong understanding of financial budgeting, transaction processing and reporting processes.- Experience in a financial processing & reporting role within a significant corporate function.- Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.- Experience in a financial processing & reporting role within a significant corporate function.
