This role is responsible for the timely, efficient and effective process of the trust accounts deposits. Duties include:

- Daily cash receipting of payments deposited into trust account
- Reconciling trust account to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Maintain and manage unapplied payments to ensure these are processed and cleared as efficiently as possible on a timely basis
- Liaising with brokers to discuss any discrepancies
- Following up brokers to discuss outstanding invoices requiring payment
- Processing large multinational broker remittance received twice a month with up to 400 invoices on the one remittance (strong excel skills required)
- Processing broker remittance for payroll business with up to 1500 invoices on spreadsheet
- Maintaining debtors report on a weekly basis
- Processing/receipting closings/(invoices)
- Processing cancellations

To be considered for this role you will have:

- Minimum 3 years experience in account receivable or collections
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Ability to effectively monitor tasks to meet all deadlines
- The ability to work autonomously
- High level reconciliation skills
- Time management skills
- Good commuter skills - Excel essential. Microsoft Great Plains (MGP) experience preferred but not essential.

The is a permanent full time office based position with a salary guide of $65,000 + Super and standard hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm. The offices are brand new located in North Sydney (close to public transport).
