Australia Agmaster International Group Pty Ltd is a key player in the trade of food and beverages, specializing in exporting Australian products to China and importing Chinese goods to Australia. We engage in both local sales and international trade, partnering with Australian manufacturers and brand merchants to deliver high-quality products.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that effectively promote the company's food and beverage products in both domestic and international markets.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to propose new marketing strategies and improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and coordinate marketing content across various channels.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage social media accounts and content, enhancing audience engagement and brand presence.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and ensure the company's presence at industry conferences and trade shows.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective marketing strategies.

**Desirable Skills and Experience Include**:

- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is highly desirable, given our focus on the Sino-Australian community.
- At least Advanced Diploma in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the food and beverage sector or related industries.
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in the use of marketing software and social media platforms.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per month
