**Digital Content Coordinator - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract**

**What you’ll do**
Woolworths is seeking a Digital Content and Data Coordinator for a six-month contract based in Surry Hills, to support product-related information (incl. images) across our digital channels, mainly on the Woolworths website. As a member of the Product Content and Data Chapter, you will be embedded in Product Data Services Squad (Agile) and be responsible for publishing product content for our online store.
- Work with stakeholders and with other members of the Chapter to manage the validation of new or updated product information, and resolve any issues stopping information from appearing correctly on our website and app.
- Work on seasonal and promotional campaigns, such as Valentine's Day and Easter, to ensure all products are available for purchase, and promotional touch points are managed end to end.
- Collaborate with other members of the team as well as technical stakeholders on platform fixes relating to the flow and management of product content and data.Using insights from data platforms, monitor the results of our product content work to help drive strategic initiatives to optimise the experience for our online customers.
**What you’ll bring**
Working with internal stakeholders to deliver product content for the Woolworths website and app, you will use your eye for detail, curious and empathetic mind to interact with stakeholders, always with an eye for the bigger picture.
- Being innovative and forward-thinking focussed on enhancing our customer experience.
- You have some experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) to update website content.
- You are passionate about being part of a team of great people while using your excellent communication (written and verbal) skill to ensure timely and accurate information is provided.
- You are a data driven decision maker and are confident in influencing solutions for both internal & external stakeholders.You have the ability to work autonomously and proactively manage day-to-day operations
