**About the Opportunity**

We are looking for a **Service Delivery Manager** to join our Kingston

team on a **Permanent Full Time **basis.

**You will**:

- Engage in operational and administrative duties including working in conjunction with managers on local training programs, coordinating the recruitment process with the Regional Manager, line managers, and People & Culture team, and providing managers with support throughout the onboarding & termination process.
- Provide support and training to newly appointed supervisors and managers.
- Coordinate Cyclical Events & Projects including local engagement activities.
- Provide general support to the clerical teams and Regional Manager as required.
