**About the role**

As a Demand and S&OP Manager you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the demand planning cycle through the demand review process. You will lead all forecasting activities associated with channel, customers and products. You will also lead the S&OP process and contribute to category development, product life cycle management, product availability and inventory flow.

It is an individual contributor role that will suit someone looking to take the next step in their career with ambitions to grow further. We have excellent development plans and internal training to help you grow into the areas you would like to go. The role is based in Clayton.

**Responsibilities**
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and continuously evaluate forecast results to improve accuracy and eliminate bias
- Lead monthly demand review meetings, identify opportunities, risks and mitigation activities
- Support category management initiatives including NPD, run out plans, discontinuation and category range reviews
- Collaborate with the Supply Planning team to ensure product availability and maintain optimal inventory to meet future demands
- Lead and participate in cross-functional development of forecast improvement processes, tools, and systems

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in Demand Planning preferably in manufacturing/wholesale/FMCG environment
- Understanding of S&OP process, supply & inventory management practices and procedures
- Advanced analytical, numerical and Excel skills to utilise data and reporting to enable data-driven insights
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data
- The ability to seek out improvements and drive process enhancements
