**About the role
We are seeking a Transformation Workstream Lead to join our team at Wesfarmers Health. As the Transformation Workstream Lead, you will play a vital role in bringing the Accelerate Strategy to life across all divisions of Wesfarmers Health, including our renowned brands such as Australian Pharmaceutical Industries (API), Priceline, Clear Skincare Clinics, and Soul Pattinson. Working directly with the Wesfarmers HLT (Workstream Sponsors) and senior leadership teams (Initiative Owners), your focus will be on ensuring the successful implementation and progression of key activities within your designated workstreams.

**The responsibilities for this role include:
- Collaborate with Wesfarmers HLT and Senior leadership teams to identify and define initiative plans to help deliver Wesfarmers Health’s Transformation Program
- Develop comprehensive business cases, analysing costs and benefits for each initiative.
- Facilitate the delivery of initiative charters, objectives, and project plans in collaboration with Initiative Owners and Sponsors.
- Capture and assess milestones, risks, and cross-functional impacts to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Drive daily progress by identifying and following up on necessary actions for achieving desired outcomes.
- Oversee and support the delivery of the Wesfarmers Health Transformation Program by providing updates to stakeholders and fostering effective collaboration.
- Provide stakeholders with access to tools and processes, ensuring streamlined operations and proactive risk management.
- Contribute to a high-performing team by building partnerships, analysing workstream progress, defining initiative scope, and promoting continuous improvement within the team.

- Minimum 3 years of experience successfully managing the execution across a high volume of projects
- Strong expertise in project management
- Proficient in financial management, including business case review, P&L analysis, and financial forecasting.
- Skilled at using data and experience to proactively identify and solve problems impacting teams or programs.
- Demonstrated ability establishing key relationships across a business through excellent stakeholder management skills, thus driving the successful execution of projects
- Capable of leading and managing change within teams, taking ownership of implementation.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in aligning and mobilizing teams towards shared goals, with a focus on continuous improvement and value delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, effectively conveying messages to team members using various techniques and providing constructive feedback.
- Understanding of key drivers of team success, with the ability to think and plan for long-term goals while addressing immediate needs. Encourages continuous improvement and fosters innovation within the team.

**Education/Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification (preferred)
- Accreditation in Project Management or Change Management (Desirable)
- Finance accreditation - CA/CPA/CFA (Desirable)
