**The Opportunity**

We are searching for a passionate and enthusiastic Customer Business Manager to join the Customer Management team in Sydney. You will manage the MetCash and Independents portfolio.

**A day in the life of...**

You will join a passionate and dynamic team where you will work closely with the marketing & commercial development team to develop and maintain strategies for our business that deliver internal and external sales objectives.

A day in the life will look like:

- Developing, implementing, and maintaining customer plans to ensure delivery of objectives
- Monitoring performance against internal and external key performance indicators
- Formulating action plans as required to reflect changes in market, retailer and/or consumer dynamics to ensure performance objectives are being met
- Supporting the development of category, channel and field sales plans with internal stakeholders.
- Managing positive relationships with cross functional stakeholders, internally & externally

**What will make you successful**
- You will be outgoing, approachable, and passionate about sales
- As a true partner to the business and customer, you are a confident communicator and can adapt your communication style with different stakeholders.
- You will be results focused and be motivated to achieve the best results
- Ideally you will have proven experience as an Account Management experience within FMCG
- You will have a proven track record of success in exceeding targets & developing relationships with key customers.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have Permanent Residency.
