**About the Role**

In this position you will work in a team that is responsible for the efficient operation of the stores section of the Supply Department.
- You will receipt, decant and distribute medical and general stores throughout the hospital.
- You will be required to pick, pack and deliver as directed to various departments in the hospital. All quickly and with a high degree of accuracy.
- This is a hands on, demanding & responsible position.
- **Working hours are usually Monday-Friday - flexibility of start & finish times is important.**

**About You**

**Essential Criteria**:

- Experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Proven ability to be highly accurate in a busy stores environment
- A positive “can do” attitude with ability to take responsibility.
- Demonstrated good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hour’s in-line with business needs.
- Proven ability to liaise, negotiate and problem solve with internal & external stakeholders

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Previous experience in a medical/hospital environment
- Previous experience with SAP & MS.
- Previous experience with stocktake procedures.
- Experience with PC based inventory management systems & handheld barcode scanners.

**Remuneration**:On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $27-$30 + **casual loading + superannuation** based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

**Requirements**:
