Privately owned Builder and Developer based in the Inner West of Sydney is looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Respond to phone calls from clients to provide detailed information or to take down messages Greeting and directing clients and visitors, ensuring their comfort
- Attend to all enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Carry out office administrative tasks such as faxing, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Update employee and department directories
- Maintain digital / paper records
- Assist the HR team with recruitment and onboarding
- Organise meeting rooms and restock office supplies
- Manage the security and telecommunications systems
- Process incoming maintenance requests and queries
- Coordinate general maintenance activities
- Create a welcoming environment

**Key Requirements**:

- Possession of a Business Administration Certificate or related qualification
- Knowledge of Microsoft office software
- Proficiency with phone systems
- Previous reception and administration experience
- Outstanding customer service skills and great presentation
- Capacity to juggle multiple tasks
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication abilities
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work with little guidance
- Proven proficiency in clerical, computer and telephone tasks
