**Repco Virginia** are looking to welcome a Full Time Retail Team Leader to join their fantastic team

Are you looking to advance your retail leadership skills, or get your foot in the door in the auto industry coming from a retail background? Repco have career development and opportunities for you

In this role not only will you be the merchandising and promotional lead, but you will coach the customer service team in showroom displays and promotional offers.

**You are also responsible for;**
- Creating an appealing and stimulating shopping experience for our customers
- Providing best quality, up-to-date information on products and services to maximise sales and customer experience
- Provide excellent level of customer sales and service and build customer relationships
- Assist the Store Manager in the implementating retail sales programs
- Utilise your creativity, to produce a safe and presentable showroom

**Our Retail Team Leaders;**
- Commit to providing genuine service and moments that matter for our customers
- Work as part of a team environment to ensure the success of the store
- Operate execute promotional programs and utilise business systems to maintain inventory levels
- Demonstrate multitasking and prioritisation skills

**We are looking for someone;**
- Friendly, helpful and passionate about customer service
- Have prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms and promotional offers
- A proactive and driven individual who leads by example
- Genuinely interested in automotive and excited to be a part of the community
- Available to work on a Tuesday to Saturday roster
