Government Agency looking for an experienced Administrator based in Charlestown.

Provider Engagement Officer - Charlestown

Contract: 12 months

Pay: $42.54 per hour + Super

Hours: Full time - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Location: Charlestown

**Your new role**
You will be working within an office environment completing various tasks throughout the day including:

- Being a contact for providers whilst supporting provider market and company provider process.
- Supporting team members working with stakeholders including State and Local Governments, providers, carers, people with disability and mainstream organisations to address local transition challenges.
- Engaging providers to ensure optimal satisfaction is experienced at each interaction.
- Assisting the team to manage risks associated with stakeholder relationships through a proactive approach.
- Supporting the development and promotion of resources that enable sector development and improve the company’s understanding of the provider environment and experience.
- Providing general input into ministerial and parliamentary correspondence, reports and briefs.
- Undertaking project management and delivery of provider engagement approaches.
- Supporting engagements where the team is representing the Agency in discussions with providers

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in a similar role listed above is desirable.
- Strong customer service and administration experience
- Ability to work independently and to make decisions
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Requirement to read or otherwise extract information from printed material / signage
- Approachable with great interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively and emphatically
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check
- Previous experience working within disability sector is preferred
- Australian Citizenship is required.
