Northrop Grumman Australia provides the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) with through-life support for its prestigious fleet of KC-30A Multi-Role Tanker Transport (MRTT) aircraft—a derivative of the Airbus A330-200. The platform is a trusted and proven asset and the program is continually growing in capability and expertise.

**Your Role**

Your focus will be to work collaboratively with our Program Manager to ensure a strong relationship with a range of stakeholders is maintained. As the central resource on all contract matters, you will be accountable to provide dependable contract advice and support to all levels of the Program. Engaging with internal and external stakeholders on varied commercial topics impacting contract performance will be important. And, key to success will be ensuring consistent best practices in contract administration and effective compliance are upheld.

**About You**

We’re looking for a goal-focused manager who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. You will be an excellent communicator, used to engaging internal teams and external stakeholders on a broad range of commercial topics and comfortable thinking on your feet. So exceptional organisational and time management skills balanced with flexibility and the ability to work independently are vital. A high attention to detail is of course a must.

Your relevant tertiary qualification (eg Business, Law, Procurement, Supply Chain) will be supported by a background in contract law or contract management, preferably in a similar role within Defence/Defence Industry and supported by ASDEFCON familiarity.

**Everyone Matters**

As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian Citizens able to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance (NV1). International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable, as such your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.

This position reports to Amberley, Queensland, AUS, however, this position can also be worked from Springfield Central, Queensland, Queensland, AUS.
