Myli is on an exciting journey of growth. The Board in partnership with the Leadership Team are developing long-term strategies to support the growth of the Myli brand, revenue diversification, service partnerships, joining company members and the expansion of services.
**The Position**:
Myli is looking for a Manager People and Culture to join our growing team and who is seeking to work in a dynamic and progressive organisation.
As a Manager People and Culture, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and supporting the Myli team to deliver best-practice HR solutions for the organisation and staff. You will lead and support the recruitment of new staff to the organisation and ensure the organisations mission, vision and values drive the culture of Myli.
Myli is interested in people who can lead by example and demonstrate enthusiasm for providing an inclusive and welcoming experience to our organisation and staff.
**This position will require the applicant to**:
- Be an active member of the Leadership Team, bringing your knowledge and expertise to contribute to the organisation’s strategy and growth plans.
- Managing the development and implementation of policies, systems, and processes across all areas of human resources.
- Manage the measurement of organisational performance using key performance indicators and metrics that helps determine the health of the organisation.
- Promote and manage the professional development of staff to build skills sets and develop succession plans.
- Develop strategies, action plans and procedures to guide the development of human resource management, occupational health and safety and organizational culture.
- Provide human resource and industrial relations advice and assistance to senior managers and team leaders on the management of their staff.
- Lead the recruitment, induction, organisational training and exit processes.
- Support the CEO and Deputy CEO during negotiations with Unions including the Enterprise Agreement negotiations.
- Provide leadership in fostering an open, positive, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Extensive knowledge of People and Culture theory and practice.
- Comprehensive knowledge of human resource management principles, legislation, and practices.
- Demonstrated understanding, knowledge and experience of occupational health and safety principles, legislation, and practices.
- Proven ability to investigate, analyse, balance competing interests and make informed decisions based on professional knowledge, previous experience, and independent
research.
- Strong experience and knowledge of budgeting and financial procedures.
- High level analytical skills with creative and problem-solving capabilities, making decisions on evidence balanced with experience and intuition.
- Extensive experience in recruiting, motivating, and managing team members to reach organisational objectives.
