About the Role:
Our incredible WHS team have an outstanding vacancy for a permanent full time Injury Management Partner to be based our of our Redfern, NSW office with hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify opportunities and implement recommendations to improve injury and Workers Compensation claim management processes
- Provide leadership within your portfolio to promote a culture of safety awareness, injury and incident prevention
- Proactively manage workplace injuries and Workers Compensation claims
- Promote and facilitate best practice file management in accordance with legislative, regulatory and internal policy requirements
- Compensation claims and report on key metrics
- Conduct regular reviews to develop a holistic and strategic case management plan for each claim

About you:

- 5 years’ experience in injury and Workers Compensation claims management
- A degree qualification in Allied Health, WHS, Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
- Cert IV in WHS or equivalent (preferred)
- Knowledge of injury management processes, policies and legislation
