**Restaurant Associates are a team of world class hospitality and fine-cuisine professionals, delivering contemporary food solutions and service across leading corporations and iconic venues all across Australia.**

As first point of contact, these corporate roles will be responsible for providing a professional, polite and efficient reception services to our clients and guests, across several banking and finance corporations within the CBD. These Monday to Friday salaried positions would be perfect for someone wishing to transition from hotel reception shift work or someone with background in Concierge or a previous Guest Services type role.

**Key duties**
- First point of contact, to provide professional and welcoming style of service to customers and clients
- Ensure the Reception Area and meeting rooms are professionally presented at all times.
- Book meeting rooms and facilitate booking updates as required
- Diary management, mail distribution and general administrative duties
- Support to the catering team on occasion

**The Person**
- Experienced in a comparable client service/corporate environment
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office, calendar and diary management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- A genuine sense of hospitality, with a commitment to delivering platinum service
- Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
