**About The Company**:
My client is a digital distribution powerhouse and Australian SaaS success story. Partnering with creative agencies, media publishers, production houses and more recently enterprise level clients. They offer various tools and a digital distribution service which makes the advertising industry hum. Chances are if you have dispatched a TVC or press ad within a creative agency you've used their services/product and potentially even spoken to a member of their team.

**About The Role**:
As an Account Manager based in Melbourne, you'll join part of a small but powerfull national team working to service exisiting clients. The team is made of fun loving, knowledgable industry professionals with expertise in advertising and media who all use their experience to service the advertising, broadcast and media industries by doing the following:

- Proactively Engaging with an existing client portfolio across broadcast, print, digital video and digital asset managment products.
- Using a CMS and contact plan for strategic client engagement, cross selling, upselling and identifying new clients.
- Deep understanding of products/services and how they interact with the client business/industry.
- Identifying multiple opportnites for new and exisitng clients.
- Long-term relationship building, through relevant value-driven contact and training.

**About You**:

- Posses a background or experience in Advertising, Media or broadcast - Particularly within Client Service/Account Management.
- An understanding of solution based selling and sales - with a natural flair for relationship building.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - sometimes you'll need to train people.
- Possesses a drive for growth and a willingness to understand a client's business - to drive said growth.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
