**The role**
- The Asset Systems Specialist will oversee the development, implementation and ongoing management of Asset Information Systems (AIS) across all TDANZ Asset Management teams. This position will be the expert for AIS project support and integration, responsible for training users and educating users of the AIS by maintaining the integrity and controls. This role will have a key focus on continuous improvement to maximise the use of the systems available. Provide comprehensive end-user support by troubleshooting system issues, guiding users through technical processes, and ensuring they can efficiently utilise asset management software to meet operational requirements and business objectives.
- **System Management and Maintenance**:Provide support for the daily management of the (AIS) across all TDANZ business units.
- **Asset Tracking and Reporting**:Updating Technical Maintenance Plans and ensuring the associated maintenance requirements are available in the system to drive preventative maintenance and servicing activities.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:Work with local assets teams on the delivery of their AIS Program ensuring that it supports compliance with ISO55001 standards.
- **Data Integrity**:Timely and accurate data entry to meet Assets Teams requirements.

**What you bring**
- Experience and knowledge of asset information systems such as Hexagon EAM (highly desired), Infor EAM, Maximo, Ellipse, SAP
- Strong understanding of fleet management and related best practice
- Experience in Asset Management data, IT systems or a related role (preferred)
- Tertiary education in Technology, Asset Management or Business Administration (preferred)
- Proficient in asset management software and database management
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex data sets.
- Competency in SQL programming language & Power BI.
