**The Organisation**
Victoria’s specialist provider of mental health services, this organisation empowers recovery for Victorians living with mental illness. With a strong growth agenda in the pipeline, this organisation will continue to build, ensuring services evolve alongside patient needs.

**Your Role**
As Workplace Relations Manager, you will work collaboratively with the broader HR Team and leaders across the organisation, leading the agenda for workplace priorities and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Key focuses:

- Build strong working relationships based on trust and open communication to enable the provision of accurate and timely advice to the broader HR team and leaders across the organisation;
- Partner with an enterprise bargaining specialist to successfully negotiate a new industrial agreement, aligned with organisation and people strategy;
- Coach and motivate others in the development and implementation of robust frameworks and processes to build ownership at all levels, relating to employee and industrial relations;
- Manage escalated employee and industrial relations matters including investigations, mediations, serious disciplinary and misconduct concerns and employee grievances, in partnership with the HR Team and leaders;
- Represent the organisation within various industrial commissions and tribunals where necessary.

**About You**
An expert in workplace relations, your passion for building trusted relationships and enabling others will be key to your success in this role.
- Strong experience in providing comprehensive HR and employment law advice to employees and leaders;
- Experience in managing Union relationships, disputes and EA negotiations;
- Collaborative, with a strong focus on internal customer service to build relationships and provide advice;
- The ability to think strategically, influence, then plan and execute;
- Experience in representing your employer within various industrial commissions and tribunals and briefing legal representation.
