Morning Market is a collection of neighbourhood corner stores, inspired by the celebrated food markets of Europe. Fresh-cut local flowers, sourdough bread are available daily, alongside a considered range of groceries celebrating the Chef’s pantry. Vienoisserie, intricate baked goods, salads and sandwiches are made daily by our Kitchen. Among our team of Baristas, quality is paramount; we service our loyal community with a signature blend from Single O, St David’s Dairy and Schulz organic milk, and Chamellia organic teas.

The opportunity:
Morning Market is seeking a professional Head Barista to take ownership of our growing Coffee Program.

Applicants will have an existing relationship with hospitality management, and previous experience with the troubleshooting & upkeep of equipment. Applicants will enjoy leading a team rigour and humility, with proven success in training.
