Are you a master of schedules, creative briefs, and coordinating the right people for the right tasks? Vidico is searching for freelance Live-Action Producers to join our dynamic team.

At Vidico, we produce bold, story-driven video content for brands like TikTok, Square, Spotify, and Deloitte. Our campaigns have set benchmarks in the industry, with over 1.3 billion views globally.

As a Live-Action Producer, you will:

  • Oversee the production of live-action shoots and marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate and schedule creatives, crew, talent and post-production resources to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Liaise with clients to clarify briefs, budgets, and timelines — keeping communication clear and projects on track.
  • Manage resources and scope, ensuring each deliverable hits the mark creatively, on brand, and on budget.
  • Find clever solutions that make every dollar (and shoot day) work harder — balancing speed, quality, and impact.

If you were with us last week, you might have:

  • Produced a fast-turnaround lifestyle shoot for a global campaign.
  • Juggled multiple deliverables for a digital content rollout in post-production, ensuring consistency across formats and platforms.
  • Worked closely with creative and post-production teams to refine storyboards, shot lists and edits based on client feedback.

Skills, Experience & Traits

  • 3–5+ years of experience producing live-action, branded content, editorial, social or marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills — you thrive when juggling multiple moving parts.
  • Proven ability to get the most out of small teams, lean budgets, and tight schedules.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both clients and creative collaborators.
  • Familiarity with production workflows and tools (e.g., Notion, Slack & Figma).
  • A proactive mindset — always looking for smarter, faster, and more efficient ways to make great work happen.
  • Editorial, social and post-production backgrounds will be looked upon favourably.
