**The Division**

The Customer Strategy and Technology (CST) team within Transport leads the development of long-term, multi-modal strategies, plans and policies across NSW. We leverage data and insights, implement new technologies, drive innovation and build partnerships to provide customer-centred solutions.

**The opportunity**

Right now, we have a permanent full-time opportunity for a Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Coordinator to join us in the Technology and Innovation (TEI) team to support the operation of the PMO for the branch and the tracking and monitoring of TEI’s technology delivery projects.

The role is responsible for supporting the delivery of management reports and insights into the performance of the TEI technology project portfolio, to enable the branch to achieve its strategic objectives. Most activities have defined and tight timeframes, so the person needs to be organised and work under pressure.

The role operates with autonomy in determining day to day work priorities within the context of an agreed work plan and in making associated decisions in relation to the effectiveness of the team.

**What you will be involved in**:

- Working with internal stakeholders and project managers to ensure TEI’s technology project data is correct and up to date.
- Supporting portfolio governance meetings through the preparation and timely distribution of reports and meeting materials.
- Supporting portfolio management for the branch, collating information on TEI’s major technology projects.
- Contributing to the development of the portfolio management framework and process for the branch.

**About you**

You are an experienced coordinator who possesses demonstrated technology PMO experience or project management experience with medium to large technology projects. You can deliver under pressure and secure input from busy people across the branch to meet deadlines. You are a collaborator but always looking to how we can do things better and implementing improved processes

You have working experience or good understanding of agile frameworks. Knowledge of SAFe is desirable.

You have excellent data comprehension skills, are an analytical thinker, who can juggle and deliver multiple tasks.

In addition to this you will possess strong communication, data management and influencing skills.

As an individual, you are comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively with multiple internal/external stakeholders to drive shared outcomes. You are a team player with a sense of ownership and pride in delivering high quality solutions.

Understanding and experience of PPM tools like MS Project Online, Planview in addition to Office 365 suite is desirable”

The salary for this position is TfNSW Grade 7 ($108,770- $121,822) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
