Portfolio Delivery Coordinator

- 3+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.

- Fixed term (6 Months) role Hybrid working | salary of $125,693

**About the Role**

Accountable for providing accurate, timely and high-quality coordination to delivery managers (Project & Program Managers, Portfolio Directors, Scrum Masters, and other similar roles) supporting the successful delivery of projects and programs across the portfolio, utilising both traditional Project Management and Agile methodologies. This results-orientated individual will ensure effective coordination covering a complex stakeholder environment across the various delivery value streams in D&T and beyond (including but not limited to Finance, Procurement, Risk, and People & Culture).

**Duties**

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a **Portfolio Delivery Coordinator** you will:

- Support the delivery manager by setting up the required infrastructure needed to comply with standardised processes, templates and best practice.
- Capture and maintaining key information in the approved tools such as tracking risks, issues milestones, and dependencies.
- Ensure regular reviews of key data are undertaken and escalate concerns to the appropriate leader when necessary.
- Prepare governance packs, agendas and minutes for assigned forums and meetings.
- Monitor registers, tools, and systems to ensure adherence to required project and agile disciplines, artefacts, and frameworks.
- Review and provide input into project artefacts, plans, and reports for clarity on progress, actions and deadlines to improve quality of reporting and delivery.
- Ensure all reporting is of high quality, consistent standard and delivered on time.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the delivery team ensuring that they are kept informed.
- Collaborate and share best practices across the coordinator and delivery community.

**Skills & Experience**
- 3+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- A high level of attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure the successful delivery projects
- Well-developed organisational and time-management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst managing multiple priorities
- High attention to detail to support development of executive reporting and presentations
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with senior executives and various stakeholders
