- About the role:
To provide support to the Team Leader Kinship Care including cross program support within the Care Services Team.
- Provide expert advice for the delivery of effective case management across Care Services;
- Assist Team Leader to prepare reports with statistical and service data for funding bodies and stakeholders;
- Provide cohesive peer leadership;
- Work cooperatively with other agencies in maintaining an effective service delivery system;
- Participate in regular supervision, review and individual planning.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE** - what you will bring;
- Understanding of Child Protection matters, the Care Services System and relevant legislation.
- Demonstrated experience and skill in assessment and report writing.
- An ability to practice strong leadership in cooperation with the Team Leader.
- Capacity to deliver culturally sensitive practices and work with diverse groups of people.
- Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence |Working With Children Check |Police Check
- Minimum requirement of Diploma in Community Services and experience within the field.
