**_ We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager for our 59-bed residential aged care home - Mitchell House in Morwell, Victoria. This opportunity requires an experienced Aged Care Manager who is also a Registered Nurse._**

**Requirements**:
**What you can bring to the role**:

- Demonstrated managerial experience in the aged care sector.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Sound and contemporary clinical and operational knowledge.
- Highly developed leadership, communication and change management skills.
- The ability to relate to the elderly.
- A pragmatic and outcome-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
