The Role in a Nutshell

The Head of Product & Delivery is a senior leadership role responsible for setting the strategic direction of the product function while ensuring seamless, high-quality delivery across all initiatives. This role oversees the full product lifecycle from ideation and roadmap definition to execution and release, acting as the bridge between the business vision and the technical implementation. This leader will play a pivotal role in aligning product strategy with customer needs, market dynamics, and company goals - while cultivating a high-performing product and delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs
• Drive the product roadmap and prioritisation process in collaboration with executive leadership and key stakeholders
• Ensure products meet market demands, business requirements, and user expectations
• Lead the planning and execution of product development and delivery initiatives
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies to maintain consistent delivery velocity
• Resolve blockers, scope creep and capacity issues across the team
• Ensure delivery quality meets meets expectations consistent with the company's market position and brand promise
• Act as the primary liaison between the product team and senior executives
• Facilitate clear and timely communication of product goals, timelines, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
• Represent the voice of the customer in all strategic discussions
• Continuously improve product development and delivery processes
• Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate product performance and delivery effectiveness
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance standards are met across all initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years in product management and delivery, including at least 3 in a leadership role
• Relevant industry experience across either crypto casinos or sports betting
• Proven success in driving complex product initiatives from concept to launch
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, scaling environments
• Ability to define and leverage key metrics to drive product and delivery decisions.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance innovation with delivery excellence
• Understanding of Web3 technologies, digital product environments, or experience in startups/scaleups.
• Familiarity with product design workflows and how design decisions influence user experience and delivery.
• Ability to lead teams through transformation, scale, or rapid iteration environments.
