**The Role**
**The Details**
- You'll be responsible for defining and implementing a growth strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals.
- Create and execute growth experiments, using data and experimentation to make decisions.
- Develop and optimise acquisition, retention, and revenue growth strategies.
- Identify and target new customer segments to drive user acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product and engineering, to ensure the successful execution of growth initiatives and increase product lead growth.
- Use analytics tools to track and measure the performance of growth initiatives and optimise accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously iterate on the growth strategy.
- Communicate the progress and results of growth initiatives to the leadership team and other stakeholders.
- Organise and run customer engagement activities like webinars, training sessions, and user groups.
- Form a solid understanding of the users and their workflows, using this context to plan growth initiatives or work with the engineering team to build features in the product that contribute to user growth or retention.
- Brief and lead external contractors to level up growth initiatives.
