YOUR NEW ROLE
The Inventory Administrator is responsible for aligning, tracking and investigating stock levels between various systems ensuring effective cost, quality, and service efficiency of the Inventory management function across all Fantastic distribution centres. The Inventory Administrator will support the Inventory team in the areas of master data maintenance, stock ordering, report generation and other ad hoc inventory related activities.
**TO BE SUCESSFUL IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL REQUIRE**:
- 1+ years' experience in inventory control and the use of inventory management systems (Prior experience in a similar role)
- Previous experience in an Administrator or Office Coordinator role
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Good problem-solving skills with the understanding of how to identify problems and overcome them.
- Ability to work well in a team environment including excellent communication skills.
- You must be a positive, tenacious, resilient, self-motivated and goal orientated person.
- Approachable with a can do, team based attitude
