We are seeking a strong, competent Recruitment Admin/Compliance Officer for a long term position based in Hampton East Moorabbin.

We are flexible with working hours and the role can either be full time or Part time hours 8am-4pm or 10am-3pm Monday to Friday.

You will be supporting a small recruitment team and everyday will be completely different so you need to be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.

**The responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Updating our CRM system - Job adder
- Formatting of resumes
- Reference checks
- Following up payroll processing
- On boarding of new clients, sending and uploading compliance documents
- Uniform inventory
- Placement and payroll audits
- Supporting the management team with various administration duties
- Communicating and working closely with the recruitment team

**To be successful in the role**:

- Strong administration skills with a proven track record of working in an administration role
- Excellent time management skills
- Proven ability to prioritize various tasks in a fast paced environment
- Team player attitude
- Good experience with MS office, Word and excel
- Good experience using any payroll software or CRM systems
