About the Role

As an Account Executive for Domain Insight - our flagship data and insights product for all things Australian property, you will maintain a portfolio of Finance, Legal and Advisory clients - where your excellent client servicing will help to ensure revenue stability and client satisfaction, along with some occasional upselling.

In a typical day you can expect to:

- Improve outcomes for clients by solution-selling our Saas product and property data solutions via virtual and phone meetings.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle across the client portfolio, working towards revenue KPIs.
- Training and upskilling clients on how to get the most out of Domain solutions.
- Assisting on account queries from billing to technical from clients and Account Managers.
- Collaborate and be supported by Key Account Partners to develop your skills.
- Present Domain insight to key stakeholders and attend customer events / sales meetings.
- Engage in some new business development, with support from a lead generation team.
- Continually provide feedback on market conditions such as competitive activities (sales tactics and marketing initiatives), as well as potential barriers and opportunities.
- Expand your knowledge to become an industry expert within property data and a range of complex data solution.

- Proven record of growing revenue within a portfolio.
