**The role**

As am Office Junior /Receptionist, your duties will include answering phones, managing incoming/outgoing mail, greeting clients, setting up meetings in the boardroom, ordering stationery, kitchen duties, keeping boardrooms tidy and general admin duties. Hours of work are either 8am-5pm or 8.30am-5.30pm.

You will have some reception or customer service experience. You will also have excellent customer service skills and communication skills and be well presented. Year 12 completion is also essential.
