**The opportunity**
We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Junior Payroll Officer to join our growing team in Brisbane.
If you love a fast-paced environment working with a fantastic group of people and take pride in data accuracy, enjoy the responsibility of reconciliations and hunt for ways to improve what we are doing by getting your hands dirty, then we may have the role for you.
**Complete Contractor Payroll processing within specific timeframes, including**:
- Compilation of Data and Timesheets
- Contractor expense reimbursements
- Payroll Processing
- Creating and distribution of sales invoices
- Contractor Leave Management
- Calculations of backpays and terminations as required
- Reconciliations of payroll and sales invoice data as required
**Debtor Management**
- Follow up outstanding invoices with clients to ensure funds are received within payment terms
- Maintain up-to-date collections records and assist Accounts Receivable Officer where required
