We are seeking an experienced Workers Compensation professional from a claims management or rehab background to join a small team in a claims case management capacity. This is a great opportunity to work for an organisation which values their staff, offers great benefits and long term career progression.

We are very interested in speaking with experienced Workers Compensation Case Managers with an insurer or employer background or Rehab professionals looking to take the next step in their career.

Your duties will include
- Manage a mixed portfolio of physical and psychological injuries.
- Determine liability.
- Focus on successful return to work and reduction of claim costs where possible.
- Proactively liaising with all relevant parties including all allied health professionals.
- Co-ordinate all claim reviews.

Essential Requirements
- Proven ability to effectively manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims.
- A number of years managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims or in a rehab capacity.
- Allied health qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
- Sound understanding of relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Genuine desire to help people through the injury and recovery process.
