**About the role**
Our Government client is seeking a multidisciplinary team of IT professionals with expertise in enterprise-grade technology solutions, integration architectures, and system operation to compliment teams of capable resources. This is with the aim to build strategy, establish architectures and operations and manage delivery capabilities in line with the clients strategic outcomes.
We are seeking an experienced **Service Delivery Manager **to plan and manage quarterly deliverables, resource allocation, risks, impediments, opportunities and reporting. You will also be conducting Agile ceremonies, informing responsible officers of blockers or potential blockers
This role is based on-site in Canberra and requires a minimum Baseline clearance.
**About you**
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Coordinate and provide oversight and status reports to executives across a program or branch stream.
- Support teams to raise and/or resolve issues or escalate accordingly to responsible officers.
- Lead the development of an IT Service Management (ITSM) framework and the continuous improvement of ITSM practices, including systems, standards, processes and procedures.
- Ensure a high level of service delivery and drive continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Baseline security clearance.
- Minimum 3 years experience with Federal Government in a similar role is essential
- Experience in working in a wholesale service capability that provisions internal digital services and enabling capabilities as well as drives best practice.
- Experience in delivering regular reports with senior executive
- Experience in working with Agile as a practice and a part of a multi-disciplinary agile team in a high-paced, delivery focused environment.
- Experience with using Microsoft software, services and cloud infrastructure is preferred
